Job Description

We are committed to providing holistic, primary health care services to Aboriginal communities in the Pilbara region. As part of our senior management team, you will be working with the Chief Executive Officer and other leaders to achieve our mission and vision. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Human Resource Management: Develop and implement strategies that enhance organisational capability, employee engagement, and cultural alignment. 

  • Recruitment & Workforce Development: Lead end-to-end recruitment, retention, and succession planning, creating a sustainable workforce strategy. 

  • Performance & Compliance: Oversee HR systems to ensure legislative compliance, manage employee relations, and provide expert guidance on performance management and employee engagement. 

  • Quality Improvement & Data Reporting: Maintain AGPAL and QIC/QIP standards, ensure data accuracy for reporting, and oversee employee training initiatives. 

  • Leadership & Engagement: Provide coaching to managers on conflict resolution and performance management, fostering a workplace environment that embodies our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Leadership. 

 

Selection Criteria 

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with strong strategic, cultural, and organisational development skills. 

  • Human Resources or relevant qualifications.  

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, WHS, employee relations, and compliance requirements. 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work autonomously. 

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and quality assurance.

Please note that this position is open ONLY to Australian citizens and Permanent Residents for work purposes. Applicants must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
