Wirraka Maya Health Services Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service designed to ensure our clients' journey through the health system meets their medical, health, social and cultural needs with a vision that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Pilbara have the opportunity to live a health life, with access to culturally appropriate, holistic primary and allied healthcare; social and emotional wellbeing services and education.
We are committed to providing holistic, primary health care services to Aboriginal communities in the Pilbara region. As part of our senior management team, you will be working with the Chief Executive Officer and other leaders to achieve our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Development: Lead end-to-end recruitment, retention, and succession planning, creating a sustainable workforce strategy.

Leadership & Engagement: Provide coaching to managers on conflict resolution and performance management, fostering a workplace environment that embodies our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Leadership.
Selection Criteria

Strong understanding of HR, payroll, WHS, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
