Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at Wirraka Maya Health Service Aboriginal Corporation. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the Administration department. Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution.
  • Assisting with the organisation of special events, conferences, and other executive functions.
  • Managing travel arrangements and accommodation for the executive team as required.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Acting as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
